  • Use of Co-Merge is as flexible and cost effective as possible for our members and their businesses.  If you work an hour, pay for an hour; work a day, pay for day.  No contract, no set up fee, no long term commitment necessary.
  • When you purchase a package the hours are loaded onto a card, like dollars on a Starbucks card.  Members check-in and check-out of Co-Merge and use the hours as they need them and then reload the card when they need more.  Members are only billed up to 5 hours per day, so don’t fret if you have to work late, you won’t be charged past 5 hours, even if you’re here 10 or 12 hours in one day.
  • Doors open at 8 AM and you may work as late as you’d like, M-F
  • 24/7 access to the building is available with the purchase of a premium package on a monthly basis.  $450 open seating or $499 for a dedicated workspace.
  • Members have exclusive access to the Lounge, Collaborative Workzone, Independent Workspace, Break Area and Outdoor Patios
  • Membership includes high speed internet access and free coffee and snacks
  • Parking is readily available and guaranteed to cost no more than $2 per hour – see our parking page for more details.
  • Mailboxes and Virtual Office packages available to all businesses starting at $20/month.  Space rental is not necessary to have a mailbox or virtual office at Co-Merge.
